Rebecca Gell, through the reinterpretation of iconic artworks from the "Golden Summer", Rebecca explores gender roles and the insidiousness of contemporary technology in our lives. Originally from Melbourne, Rebecca found the transition to regional life had a few surprises in the roles that many women face in Regional areas and their unrecognised capabilities. A somewhat tongue in cheek use of imagery and art references.
