The word "Network" in Cowwarr Arts Network is very real indeed as it is based on genuine relationships that have developed naturally over an extended period of time.
CAN Inc. has an ongoing artist-in-residence program, exhibition program and is looking to expand its performance projects. It also coordinates, manages and auspices arts and community projects.
CAN Inc. is based and has a strong partnership with Cowwarr Art Space it does not limit its activities to the venue, it facilitates intra-regional, region to capital city, interstate and even international links and events.

Claire Watson, curator, Australia, Maria-Luisa Marino Australia, Behrouz Rae, Iran, Ilse Van Den Berk, the Nethrlands. Work created during residencies in Saksala ArtRadius rural Finland and CAN Inc. Cowwarr Art Space rural Australia was exhibited in Finland and Australia and included in the TransCultural Exchange Program Catalogue and website for the International Conference in Boston 2009
